Damaged Items If you receive a candle that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order details. Once we receive the damaged candle back, we will replace it with a freshly made candle at no additional cost to you.

Candle frosting is a natural occurrence in candles made from certain waxes, like soy or natural vegetable waxes. It appears as a white, powdery layer on the surface of the candle. It happens due to the crystalline structure of the wax and temperature fluctuations during storage. While it may not look very appealing, candle frosting is quite normal and is not indicative of a problem with the candle itself
