SHIPPING POLICY

At Sophie's Studio we aim to provide a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Please note that dispatch times vary depending on the item purchased, as many of our products are hand-crafted or customized to order.

Dispatch Timelines:

Wax Works & Customised Bookmarks: These items are created during our two dedicated making days each week. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Original Paintings: Once your order is placed, a pencil sketch will be delivered within one week. Following your approval, please expect the finished painting to be dispatched within 6-8 weeks.
All Other Items: These will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sophie's Studio, we value your satisfaction and take great care in ensuring your orders arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged upon arrival, we are happy to provide a replacement.

Damaged Items To qualify for a replacement, the damaged item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at sophiesstudio@hotmail.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged print before initiating the return.

Return Process Once the damaged item has been returned, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that refunds are not offered for damaged orders—replacements will be provided instead.
