Each Wild Wax candle is meticulously made to order, allowing you to choose your preferred color and scent to create a piece uniquely yours. We use 100% soy wax, ensuring our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, and environmentally friendly.

Our wicks are crafted from 100% cotton, providing a clean, smoke-free burn when trimmed to 1/4 inch before lighting. To achieve the best experience, we recommend curing your candle for a minimum of 2 weeks to ensure a rich and long-lasting scent throw.

For your safety and to preserve the quality of your candle, we advise burning it for no more than 4 hours at a time.

At Wild Wax, we take pride in creating premium hand-poured candles and ensuring they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the rare instance that a candle is damaged during transit, we are committed to making things right.

Damaged Items If you receive a candle that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order details. Once we receive the damaged candle back, we will replace it with a freshly made candle at no additional cost to you.

Candle frosting is a natural occurrence in candles made from certain waxes, like soy or natural vegetable waxes. It appears as a white, powdery layer on the surface of the candle. It happens due to the crystalline structure of the wax and temperature fluctuations during storage. While it may not look very appealing, candle frosting is quite normal and is not indicative of a problem with the candle itself. Refunds will not be issued for frosting.

Return Process To initiate a return for damaged items, please contact our customer service team at sophiesstudio@hotmail.com with the required details. We will provide further instructions for returning the damaged item to us.

Please note that refunds are not offered for damaged candles; however, we ensure prompt replacement to maintain your satisfaction.
