Damaged Items If you receive wax melts that have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order details. Once we receive the damaged wax melts back, we will replace the order with a freshly made batch at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return for damaged items, please contact our customer service team at sophiesstudio@hotmail.com with the required details. We will provide further instructions for returning the damaged item to us.

Please note that refunds are not offered for damaged orders; however, we ensure prompt replacement to maintain your satisfaction.
